Our
service starts
with a free, no-obligation telephone consultation
with
our real estate staging professional.
If staging services are sought we'll schedule a time
to visit your home to conduct a comprehensive property
evaluation which takes from 1 to 2 hours. We
conduct a
complete visual inspection of your house - the view
from the street, driveway, front, back and side yards,
exterior, garage, and every room, cabinet and closet
inside.
During this consultation we assess your home
through
"buyer's eyes." We follow up with
a
written report itemizing a detailed list of recommendations.
The fee for this staging consultation (including
our written report and recommendations) is only $275.
You then choose whether to make the
recommended changes yourself...
or hire us to do some or all of the work for you!
When you hire us to "stage" your home, our goal is
to make buyers fall in love with your property ...to
make your house memorable to buyers after a long day
of house hunting. We call
attention to the positive features of your home while
minimizing the negative.
Many "tricks of the
trade" are used to make your house appealing to buyers,
both visually and emotionally. Some or all of
the following techniques may be incorporated:
- Jump start your packing process; get organized
and ready for your move
- Make necessary repairs
- Offer solutions for getting and keeping your house
clean and fresh
- Suggest ways to make your house appear brighter
and more spacious
- Improve curb appeal
- Minimize clutter (organize tag sales, donations
to charity, etc.)
- Rearrange furniture or rent furniture for vacant
homes
- Help you prepare your house for showings, Broker
Tours, and for public Open Houses
- If some of the suggested enhancements go beyond
the scope of the services provided by The Home Team
Advantage, LLC, we'll be happy to refer reputable
vendors (i.e. plumbers, landscapers or realtors)
appropriate for the job.
Our fee for staging your home is $75 per hour. Jobs
vary in length depending on the needs of the house
and homeowner participation in the project.
