 Karen Bernetti
In addition to being a Real Estate Staging Specialist,
Karen Bernetti is a Community Association Manager
and CFO of her husband's construction business. A
former Realtor, she uses her real estate knowledge
and experience as valuable assets in her work. Karen
holds a BA in communications with concentrations
in business, psychology and public relations. She
received her staging training from the School
of Interior Redesign (www.schoolofinteriorredesign.com). She
is actively involved in the community, as a member
of the Southington Chamber of Commerce, the Central
Connecticut Chambers of Commerce, the Community
Associations Institute, the Central Connecticut
Women's Forum and is an affiliate member of the
Midstate Board of Realtors.
John Bernetti
The owner of Bernetti Builders, LLC, John Bernetti
is a licensed Home Improvement and New Home Construction
Contractor. A journeyman toolmaker by trade,
John holds a BS in engineering. He enjoyed
a 12 year lucrative career as a Senior Manufacturing
Engineer before deciding to take over his family’s
construction business. He’s been
involved in the construction field for most of
his life and has been improving as well as building
houses full-time since 2002. He also offers
his vast knowledge and experience as a consultant
advising condominiums and community association
executive boards on their construction projects. His
outstanding reputation is built upon the superb
quality of his work, his integrity and commitment
to customer satisfaction.
